At 10pow6, accessible from https://10pow6.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by 10pow6 and how we use it, and applies to the Services in every environment in which we offer them, including development, test, and beta environments.

Log Files

10pow6 follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Cookies and Local Storage

10pow6 uses cookies and browser local storage for a narrow set of purposes: keeping you signed in (authentication and session tokens issued by our identity provider), securing sign-in flows, and remembering interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings, but doing so will prevent sign-in and other authenticated features from working.

Advertising

We do not run third-party advertising on our websites or products, and no advertising network places cookies or web beacons through our services. Promotional content you may see within our products (for example, suggestions to upgrade a plan or try another 10pow6 product) is our own, served by us, and does not involve third-party ad targeting.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the Services, each of which processes limited data under its own privacy policy:

  • Stripe — payment processing for TP6 purchases. Your card details are provided directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, storage, and account authentication infrastructure. Your data is stored and processed in AWS data centers on our behalf.
  • Google Fonts — some of our pages load font files from Google's servers. When a font loads, your browser sends your IP address to Google as part of the request; Google Fonts does not set cookies. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Beyond these, 10pow6's Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites you reach by following links from our services; consult those sites' own policies.

Account, Wallet, and Payments

A single 10pow6 account is the sign-on for every product in our ecosystem (including TelePortals and BitGlitch). When you register and use that account, we collect and store your email address, your display name, and your TP6 Coins ("TP6") wallet balance and transaction history. Multi-factor authentication (an authenticator app / TOTP code) is required to secure your account.

TP6 is purchased only through your account at accounts.10pow6.com. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; 10pow6 does not store your full card details. We retain records of your TP6 purchases and wallet transactions for accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes.

The 10pow6 Ecosystem

10pow6 operates its products as a single ecosystem that shares your account identity. Your account email, display name, and TP6 wallet are maintained centrally at 10pow6 and made available to the products you use (such as TelePortals and BitGlitch) so they can recognize you and let you spend TP6. Each product also collects data specific to its features — for example, TelePortals records shortened-URL data and click analytics (including IP address, user agent, and approximate country derived from IP), and BitGlitch records gameplay and progression data.

Required Age for Use

The site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.

10pow6 does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from users under the age of 18.

Online Privacy Policy Only

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in 10pow6. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
